Administration

Our goal as a ministry team is to see missionaries flourishing with quality administration and member care. If you have skills in administration and a desire to facilitate multiple ministries, then this is your ministry area.

Come and Serve

Administrative assistant - Providing administrative assistantance first to the SIM Ecuador director, followed by bookkeeper, personnel coordinator, and ministry team leaders. This would involve planning team events, meetings, training programs, and helping the bookkeeper revise accounts or other administrative tasks that would suit the gifting of the applicant. The applicant would work closely with the director on tasks such as board and team leader meetings, planning and direction, and prayer support amongst a host of other tasks that would enhance the impact of the current director.
