Sports Friends Malawi
Our vision is to mobilise, train and equip Malawian denominations, churches and church planters nationwide to use the powerful platform of sports as a tool for effective evangelism, discipleship and church planting. We want to see youth and members of their families grow in their relationship with God through relationships built on the sports field/court. We also seek to see the churches of Malawi using sports as a tool to reach across the borders of Malawi in cross-cultural ministry in fulfillment of Christ's Great Commission.

Business As Mission strategies to start viable businesses that have spiritual, financial, social, and environmental impact in their communities. 2. Equipping and sending qualified professionals to the market place in unreached countries. 3. Developing businesses for sustainable church planting. 4. Creating micro-enterprise businesses in marginalised populations as an integrated strategy to address poverty and injustice in the long-term.

Reaching, Teaching and Discipling Youth
You can have an eternal impact among young people in a country with deep needs and in which nearly 50 per cent of the population are children. SIM Nigeria has opportunities for teacher trainers and mentors, support workers for teachers in rural schools, work with at-risk children, ESL teachers, and teachers for front-line mission worker children. We also need skllled tradespeople to help young people with vocational training, which can provide them with life skills and hope for the future and also great opportunities for evangelism and discipleship among those being trained. Likewise, those with a background in sports and coaching are needed to help reach and disciple youth through the international ministry of Sports Friends.

Equipping Believers For Mission
As the church grows and matures, the natural transition is for churches to begin to reach out and evangelise others, taking charge of their own growth and expansion. We desire to equip the church as it expands both its focus and by facilitating traditional outreach opportunities through mentoring, teaching and cooperative partnership; developing, translating and printing literature in local languages and providing specialised help that would not otherwise be affordable. If you are a teacher of the Bible, theology, doctrine, leadership, missiology or other related fields, or if you are gifted in translation, editing, linguistics, evangelism, radio technology, computer technology, web design, app design, teaching and have a passion for this type of work, this is the ministry for you!

Mayotte ministries
Mayotte is a very unique region of France. The native population is close to 100 per cent Muslim and, while more than 70 per cent of the local people speak fluent French as a second language, the first languages are Shimaore and the lesser spoken Kibushi. Around 50 per cent of the population is made up of illegal immigrants from the Comoros, who are also Muslim. SIM workers use business and their professions to become accepted members of the community, build relationships and eventually share the gospel in private settings. For now, SIM's workers are focussing on the native population in the south of the main island. Could you use your business or professional skills to join this team?

This ministry vision is to see women living freely as children of God, reflecting His beauty and contributing to their communities. The ministry will build confidence and a sense of responsibility, through discipleship and development of creativity. Women will understand their identity is in Christ and grow their skills through artisan activities or through community development projects. These activities will be a form of outreach and income-generating projects, accessible to any women (and men), and will ultimately contribute to the development of a mature and growing church.

Discipler of Disciples
We are focused on reaching the un-reached people of the north in Mozambique so this role is designed to train Bible students (pastors and youth) to evangelise and plant churches among the unreached who surround the city. The discipleship and training will be among churches that need to have that vision, or among small and young Yao churches dotted in and around Lichinga. More than anything, they need encouragement and good biblical discipleship. This fits perfectly into our strategy. This work can either be based in urban or rural areas providing flexibility. Learning a local language will most likely be the best option, although working in the city can be done with Portuguese alone. This is a role for someone who loves relationship building, small group settings, and grass root efforts. God is moving in these areas, so the time is right.
