We serve in most countries of Southern Africa, either directly through SIM offices or in partnership with others who share our heart to make Jesus known where He is least known.
We’re passionate about seeing lives transformed by the gospel and people equipped to live as faithful disciples of Jesus. If you’re interested in serving in this region, we’d love to hear from you.

Opportunities to serve in Southern Africa
Children and Youth
We want to work together with many churches to minister to the needs of youth and children. If you have experience in this area, we would love to hear from you.
Migrant Workers
Migrant workers are part of the local community and come from various countries. Those who do not know the gospel are more open to hearing because they are arriving in a strange land, so we need to prepare to receive them into the churches. Access to the country and to the nearly 50 per cent Hindu community is limited but coming. Migrant workers with a mission to reach out can provide an entrance. This can both be a bridge to migrants and to local non-Christian communities too.
Madagascar Emergency Relief SIM
Our MERSI Mission seeks to help our brothers and sisters in Christ rebuild their communities after times of natural disaster. We need people willing to help in this task.
