  • Sahel Academy

The mission of Sahel Academy is to develop students through a holistic education of the highest quality, while nurturing a Christ-like character and a heart of service. We are looking for a new Director, a new High School Principal and teachers willing to serve short-term or long-term. Each staff member contributes to this strategy not only by nurturing and discipling students, but also by enabling many missionary families to continue their work among unreached people groups in Niger and neighbouring West African countries. Staff members also have opportunities to share the gospel with students who are not believers.

  • Children and Youth

In Namibia, approximately 60 per cent of the population is under the age of 25. There are also considerable generational and cultural barriers to reach young people with the gospel. Through partnering with the local church, we desire to see this generation of children and youth become lifelong followers of Christ. Personnel opportunities include teaching in schools (both short-term and long-term), community development projects to help with skill development, and training local church children and youth workers.

  • Training Christian Leaders

Our vision is to see Christian leaders in Namibia use their knowledge, skills, and character to make disciples of Christ and help them grow in maturity. To accomplish this, we partner with formal theological training institutions, take informal training out to the local churches, and organise conferences for pastors and Christian leaders. Personnel needs include Bible college lecturers, local church trainers, and event organisers. Come join us!

  • Reaching West Africa

Join our team as we build relationships among two unreached people groups in this West African country. By faith, we live and serve our local communities with a vision to see people hear, understand, and be transformed by the love of Christ. Current ministries include neighbourhood outreach, children's educational programmes, and an audio ministry. Our team strives to build upon these strategies, partner with other missions in the area, and develop new beneficial areas of emphasis. Opportunities include expanding our audio ministry, teaching, ESL, community health outreach, university ministry, sports, children at risk, business as missions, outreach to the homeless, and drug rehabilitation. Most opportunities require French and learning a local language.
