Equipping Believers For Mission

As the church grows and matures, the natural transition is for churches to begin to reach out and evangelise others, taking charge of their own growth and expansion. We desire to equip the church as it expands both its focus and by facilitating traditional outreach opportunities through mentoring, teaching and cooperative partnership; developing, translating and printing literature in local languages and providing specialised help that would not otherwise be affordable. If you are a teacher of the Bible, theology, doctrine, leadership, missiology or other related fields, or if you are gifted in translation, editing, linguistics, evangelism, radio technology, computer technology, web design, app design, teaching and have a passion for this type of work, this is the ministry for you!

Mayotte ministries

Mayotte is a very unique region of France. The native population is close to 100 per cent Muslim and, while more than 70 per cent of the local people speak fluent French as a second language, the first languages are Shimaore and the lesser spoken Kibushi. Around 50 per cent of the population is made up of illegal immigrants from the Comoros, who are also Muslim. SIM workers use business and their professions to become accepted members of the community, build relationships and eventually share the gospel in private settings. For now, SIM's workers are focussing on the native population in the south of the main island. Could you use your business or professional skills to join this team?

Youth Outreach & Discipleship

Join the frontlines of mission in Uruguay! In the western hemisphere culture that has resisted the gospel most vehemently, youth and young adults in Uruguay are beginning to question the firmly-held atheistic beliefs of the generations before them. Our goal is to enter into this unprecedented open door to reach, disciple and empower high school and university-aged young people so they can engage their peers and transform their nation into one that cherishes Christ. We need event planners, social media managers and small group facilitators but, most of al, we need people who are willing to meet one-to-one with students to genuinely befriend and build trust. This leads to open ears, hearts and hands for the gospel and further discipleship! The ministry language is Spanish.

Migrant labors ministry

There are currently 700,000 migrant labors in Taiwan, from Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, and Thailand. Churches in Taiwan do not know how to reach out to them due to language and culture differences. They are more responsive to gospel as they are in foreign country. It is difficult to get missionary visas to some of their home countries so we should reach out to them when they are in Taiwan. We need missionaries from their home countries to reach out to them in Taiwan.
