Will you pray for refugees in Europe?

By Shelbey Hunt | Europe

There are over seven million refugees in Europe.

What started with a wave of displaced immigrants fleeing war in Syria has been followed by groups fleeing North Africa, Afghanistan, and, most recently, Ukraine. These sojourners find themselves in strange lands, sometimes facing hostile governments as they seek peace.

HowWillTheyHear is a collaborative partnership to see bridges being built to bring refugees into the kingdom of God. Our goal is to mobilise workers into this harvest field. We do this by creating pathways so that those who already share language and cultural backgrounds with refugees can come and serve.

No single ministry, church, or organization can do this alone; we must work together. To help support one another, we started the 10:14 prayer campaign to share what is happening in Europe and how people can lift these ministries to the Lord.

Starting on 14 October, spend 10 minutes each day for 14 days learning about a new ministry or challenge refugees face and praying for their needs. You can join us by visiting our website to sign up for our prayer emails, download this year’s prayer booklet, and find links to our social media, where we will be posting every day.

We encourage you to share this information with your friends, family, small group, and church as we seek to see the body of Christ come together to pray.

Will you join us?
