Un campo misionero bien administrado permite a los misioneros de largo plazo alcanzar a los menos alcanzados. Nuestro objetivo como equipo ministerial es ver a los misioneros prosperando bajo la administración de calidad y el cuidado pastoral, a través de liderazgo y dirección, finanzas, personal, comunicaciones y sistemas. Si usted tiene habilidades en administración y desea facilitar múltiples ministerios, entonces ésta es su área de ministerio.

Ven y Sirve

Asistente administrativo: Proporcionando asistencia administrativa primeramente para el Director de SIM Ecuador, además para el contador, el coordinador de personal y los líderes de equipos ministeriales. Esto involucraría planificar eventos del equipo, reuniones, programas de entrenamiento, ayudar al contador a revisar cuentas u otras tareas administrativas, ajustandose a los dones de la persona. El asistente administrativo necesitaría trabajar estrechamente con el Director en tareas tales como reuniones de la Junta Directiva y de los líderes del equipo, planificación y dirección, apoyo de oración entre una serie de otras tareas que mejorarían el impacto del Director actual.
