We serve throughout East Asia, either directly through SIM offices or in partnership with others who share our heart to make Jesus known where He is least known.
We’re passionate about seeing lives transformed by the gospel and people equipped to live as faithful disciples of Jesus. We serve in the countries listed below, and in some that are not shown here. If you’re interested in serving in any part of East Asia, we’d love to hear from you.
Where we work
Our SIM North East India team is based in the predominantly Christian region of India and seeks to mobilise workers from churches across seven states.
Opportunities to serve in East Asia
Xiang Yang Pastors’ Training Centre
Since 2015, a group of like-minded pastors and one of our team members have been working together to establish this school. On top of providing theological education, students will be introduced to cross-cultural ministry which will help them to reach out to members of the ethnic minorities in their home villages and towns. Selected individuals may also be trained to return to the school to serve as full-time academic staff.
Diaspora Ministry
