We partner with formal theological training institutions, take informal training out to the local churches, and organise conferences for pastors and Christian leaders. Personnel needs include Bible college lecturers, local church trainers, and event organisers. Come and join us!

In Namibia, approximately 60 per cent of the population is under 25. There are considerable generational and cultural barriers to reaching young people with the gospel. Through partnering with the local church, we desire to see this generation of children and youth become lifelong followers of Christ. Personnel opportunities include teaching in schools (both short-term and long-term), community development projects to help with skill development, and training local church children and youth workers.

SIM Ghana works with like-minded churches and organisations in a reciprocal, collaborative and contextualised relationship serving together in ministries which share Christ’s love amongst communities where Jesus is least known, to strengthen the capacity of God’s people through training and discipleship, and enabling the church to be an effective witness in their communities and beyond through the development of infrastructure.

The El Sendero Youth Ministry is looking for people passionate for reaching and discipling young people. We are currently working in the city of Loja and seeking to extend our ministries to the rural part of the province. There is great spiritual need in the youth community of Loja, where less than two per cent of the population has a true relationship with Jesus. We are looking for people to help us reach, disciple and equip young people using sports such as soccer, table tennis, and camping; using media such as photography, video, social media and graphic design; using arts such as drama, painting, and music; using the English language as a way to connect with youth; by helping us run youth camps that seek to reach and train young people; by teaching the Bible and training future youth leaders of the church. If you are passionate or have any of these gifts, talents, or skills, please consider coming and joining our team!

We need workers, both local and expatriate, to join our radio team. We are looking for content creators who have spiritual, theological, counselling or cultural skills. Technical savvy (broadcasting technology, recording, IT, maintenance) would be a benefit, but not essential. We long to see families transformed by the gospel in the city and province of Loja, through the transmission of quality programming founded on Biblical principles.

We are looking for people who are willing to work alongside indigenous believers, growing, equipping, and encouraging them to reach out to their people. This work would include doing Bible lessons/teaching in Guarani and requires an adventurous spirit in people willing to travel off the beaten path. Furthermore, the mission worker must be able to ask the question, "How can I help meet some needs, without enabling, or causing dependency?" While almost all trades and professions would be helpful, we would love to welcome doctors or nurses to this ministry.

We would love to welcome doctors, nurses and administrators into this vital ministry, which serves a growing need in our country. The Danja Health Center is a multi-purpose health centre with expertise in the treatment of leprosy and obstetric fistulas, as well as serving as a general medical clinic with three wards and many ancillary services. It is also home to one of the country’s only short and long-term physical therapy programmes. The centre works towards the dramatic renewal of lives physically, spiritually, and emotionally. In partnership with local churches, the centre shares the hope of Jesus Christ with all patients.
