Children’s Ministry – Outreach and Capacity Building
This ministry seeks to equip children's ministry workers to effectively disciple the emerging generation in the churches in Malawi. We are always looking for those with experience of teaching children, in school or at church, and those who feel called to equip others in similar ministries.
Church Leadership Development
The Church leadership development ministry in Malawi includes lay leadership training, on-going training and mentoring of pastors, and institutional Bible teaching and training in order to equip those preparing for and serving in leadership in churches to be bold disciple-makers with a passion for reaching the lost.
Leadership and Operational Services
You can spread the gospel in Malawi by helping the SIM Malawi Team and its ministries flourish. Join a multicultural team which is providing care and services to our workers and is cultivating fruitful partnerships with other like-minded organisations. We need people with adminstrative skills, including in finance, personnel and office management.
Indian Diaspora Ministry
The Indian Diaspora ministry seeks to proclaim the Gospel to the unreached Indian communities in Malawi in order to bring them to the saving knowledge of Christ and to make disciples with the aim of forming a worshipping and missional community.
Reaching the Next Generation through Education and Discipleship
We have opportunities for teachers, pastors and youth workers to work with the next generation in North Africa. We need pastors and youth workers to come to disciple expat university students to be reaching out on their campuses. We want to see Christian teachers working in French or English speaking primary and homeschools and TEFL teachers used to share the good news. lf your heart is for reaching the next generation in unreached communities we would love to talk with you. French or English is likely the primary language for this ministry but workers will engage in learning Arabic as well to invest in the local community.
Outreach Ministry
We would love you join us as we seek to be witnesses to Christ's love among the communities we serve, such as marginalised girls, university students, and young people. We also aim to help provide for the physical and spiritual needs of those affected by famine, HIV and AIDS, and Covid-19.
Theology and Resources
We aim to resource church leaders and equip them to teach and explain the Bible accurately and confidently in the evolving cultural context. Please talk to us if you feel God calling you to this ministry.
Leadership and Services
To provide the services, care, and essential leadership to SIM workers to allow ministries to thrive. We aim to be disciples of Jesus, with a deep understanding of God's word, expressing God's love in our communities, worshipping together, and sharing the gospel locally and globally. If you feel God is calling you to any of these roles, please contact us.
Transforming Unreached Communities through Development
We need people who are passionate about community development and justice and have a heart for unreached people. If you are a project manager, social worker, disability worker, community health worker, psychologist, physical therapist or development specialist than there is a place for you in either rural or urban contexts across North Africa.
