A well administered field enables missionaries and ministries to fulfill their aim of crossing barriers to share the love and salvation of Jesus Christ. The Technical Services ministry provides physical and practical support to SIM workers, partners and institutions through the maintenance, improvement, and expansion of facilities at ELWA and ESWA. Mechanics, builders, electricians, and all around handy folks are immensely helpful to our ministry! SIM Liberia team members have the opportunity to model and teach principles of good stewardship and quality workmanship while solving technical problems alongside other workers.

This ministry happens through translation of Scripture, teaching Medical and Healthcare, Compassion, medical and dental mobile clinics, and other gospel opportunities that our mission workers pursue. If you have experience in any of these fields, please contact us.

By faith, we see our workers and their ministries flourishing, working in teams which are given excellent member care and administrative support. We are looking for administrative help in our Ecuador office, to help the director and others better support SIM workers.

Your professional skills are needed to provide practical, day-to-day support to mission workers and so allow ministry to flourish. Servants are needed in administrative leadership, finance, management, people care, office support, construction, information technology, website development and communications.

We're looking for people passionate about sports, who are ready to serve young people, their families, and communities. You would help train and support coaches who could then set up programmes in their own communities. If that sounds like you, come and join us!

We are looking for member care workers, psychologists and trauma healing professionals to come alongside our workers, local followers and unbelievers. Whether you have a heart to walk with workers and enable them to thrive in their challenging contexts or a desire to come alongside people who have wounds of the heart due to trauma and bring them through a healing process we would be interested in talking to you.

We want the community of Madagascar to know the healing love of Jesus Christ through compassionate health care, quality education, theological training and church planting. We need God's help through prayer — and people like you who are ready to serve! We need medical personnel of all types and specialisms.

We want to offer administrative assistance to the director and to the mission workers and ministries in Madagascar. We also want to strengthen church mission collaboration and develop leadership in the entity, churches and mission. We are looking to recruit gifted administrators and those who may have served in positions of leadership.
