We are looking for member care workers, psychologists and trauma healing professionals to come alongside our workers, local followers and unbelievers. Whether you have a heart to walk with workers and enable them to thrive in their challenging contexts or a desire to come alongside people who have wounds of the heart due to trauma and bring them through a healing process we would be interested in talking to you.

Our healthcare ministry builds the capacity of healthcare workers to holistically care for the spiritual, physical, and emotional needs of Malawi’s most vulnerable and unreached populations.

Joining forces with other ministries in Paraguay, we see SIM Paraguay crossing barriers to those living and dying without the gospel in socially-defined communities.

We seek professionals of all kinds to engage in their work whilst living in unreached communities. University lecturers, medical professionals, engineers etc. We want to talk to all types of professionals who share a heart for the lost and a desire to learn language and culture. Using your professional skills you would work in a secular context while sharing your faith through your work and in your community.

We're looking for people passionate about sports, who are ready to serve young people, their families, and communities. You would help train and support coaches who could then set up programmes in their own communities. If that sounds like you, come and join us!

Your professional skills are needed to provide practical, day-to-day support to mission workers and so allow ministry to flourish. Servants are needed in administrative leadership, finance, management, people care, office support, construction, information technology, website development and communications.

Life Challenge is a ministry that is uniquely focused and passionately committed to mobilize, train and equip the Body of Christ to meaningfully present the Gospel to Muslims and make disciples among them.

These include: • Church leadership training – Mentoring and equipping pastors and church workers to serve effectively and prevent burnout. • Discipleship and evangelism – Engaging with seekers, conducting Bible studies, and building relationships to share the love of Christ. • Ministry partner development – Strengthening networks with local and international partners to enhance ministry sustainability. • Support and resource mobilisation – Raising awareness and support for ministry initiatives and the needs of workers on the field. We welcome individuals with diverse skills and experiences who share a passion for serving in Indonesia. Ideal candidates will have: • A strong personal faith and commitment to the Great Commission. • Experience in church ministry, discipleship, or theological training. • Cross-cultural adaptability and willingness to learn the local context. • Skills in leadership development, pastoral care, counselling, or community engagement. • A background in administration, fundraising, or networking is a plus.
