The Bolivian church is following its call to mission near and far, and sending workers where the gospel is least known. To help meet the need for Bible formation, SIM Bolivia is seeking qualified seminary teachers who are passionate about discipling and equipping students to assume leadership in local churches, gospel ministries and for mission. Workers must demonstrate a willingness to learn a high level of Spanish, acquire cultural insight and be able to partner with local Bolivian leaders. There are opportunities in seminary and non-institutional training. There is a fast-growing desire among young believers in some evangelical churches for outreach, disciple-making, and church planting in communities where Christ is least known. More voluntary self-supported local mission workers have started to step out and some evangelical churches have started to send local mission workers to communities where Christ is least known. SIM Kenya aspires to mobilises Kenyan churches for cross-cultural ministries, locally and globally, by recruiting ministry associates; providing short-term cross-cultural ministry training; and developing a cross-cultural ministry training centre. EASO exists to facilitate the sending of global mission workers from churches in East Africa.

We use a variety of tools, interests, and gifts as we connect with many people to see healthier communities where Christ is proclaimed. We would love to talk to you if you're interested in joining our team, no matter where your gifting lies.

SIM Kenya ministry teams are supported to do life and ministry well.

We work primarily in unreached parts of the world where traditional mission workers may not be allowed access. We bring transformation to communities where Christ is least known through: 1. Business As Mission strategies to start viable businesses that have spiritual, financial, social, and environmental impact in their communities. 2. Equipping and sending qualified professionals to the market place in unreached countries. 3. Developing businesses for sustainable church planting. 4. Creating micro-enterprise businesses in marginalised populations as an integrated strategy to address poverty and injustice in the long-term.

We are looking for people to join our SIM Benin Togo leadership and services team to help care for our cross-cultural workers, staff and local partners. Do you have skills in finance, including the preparation of annual budgets and local tax reports? Or skills in pastoral care, as we seek to visit and support our workers regularly? Come and use these gifts to help our workers and local partners flourish in a wide variety of settings, including ministries among least reached people groups and the next generation. Our admin team is based in a rural city and a working knowledge of French would be helpful.

SIM Nigeria has an array of opportunities for you to use your gifts to minister to marginalised and vulnerable groups including street children, widows, orphans, those with disabilities, and the lost. These people are in communities where they are often marginalised, vulnerable, uncared for and without help. Talk to us to find out more. We are looking for educational consultants, medical consultants, vocational trainers, social workers, business consultants, agricultural and animal husbandry consultants, counselors, trauma healers, and community workers to reach people with Christ’s love that transforms lives and holistically meets the very real needs of hurting people.
