SIM Guinea

Our multicultural team is focussed on sharing the gospel with communities which have little or no Christian witness, in partnership with other local and international ministries. We long to see groups of believers, sharing their faith, in every town and village of the region.

Spiritual Landscape in Guinea

We rejoice to see a changing spiritual landscape in Guinea. Social media ministry and audio scriptures have shown us there is a thirst for God’s Word. We are seeing a large people group who has never heard the good news of Jesus growing in interest. Praise God.

Communities Where Christ is Least Known

We actively work in one language group and would like to expand ministry into a second language group.

In villages especially people can live and die without meeting a Jesus follower or hearing about God’s plan for salvation.

Please pray

  • For Children’s Ministry to provide a foundation of scriptural understanding that will prepare hearts for Jesus.
  • For the thousands that are hearing God’s Word for the first time through social media. Pray for effective follow-up.
  • Pray for God to provide team members to share the administrative load.
  • Thank God for our newest ministries – prison, English teaching and Trauma Healing. Pray for God to powerfully use each one.
  • Pray for growing partnerships with local believers, that God will provide workers for the harvest we see before us.
