We serve in most Pacific Asia, either directly through SIM offices or in partnership with others who share our heart to make Jesus known where He is least known.
We serve in the countries listed below, and in some that are not shown here. If you’re interested in serving in any Pacific Asia country, whether listed or not, we’d love to hear from you.

Opportunities to serve in Pacific Asia
Entrusted: Disability and Mission
Our aim is to raise awareness of people with disability in the community and in the church. Moreover, we seek to enable and equip local disability ministries within SIM, develop and provide theological education and training in disability theology and ministry, and support SIM entities (and/or mission organisations in general) in becoming “disability confident”. A key part of the ministry objectives will be to recruit a team passionate about seeing the vision of the ministry fulfilled so please get in touch if God is calling you.
ACROSS
Across is a ministry of SIM Australia covering a range of local cross-cultural initiatives with diaspora communities: refugees, migrants, and international students in locations across the country. Ministry programmes include sport, English classes, student outreaches, social events, Bible studies and, for refugees, therapy gardens and counselling. Across programmes may also extend to online Bible study and discipleship groups which reach into the home countries of the diaspora, through their extended families and communities in those countries, as well as potential visits to such locations.
Mobilization
We mobilize and equip churches, groups, and individuals of all ages to play their role as senders and goers for local and global missions through distributing materials, attending and hosting functions, where meaningful mobilization discussions take place.
