Americas Leadership & Development Conference

This conference will bring together the SIM directors who serve in Latin America to provide leadership development and training. We hope to see SIM Americas’ current and upcoming leaders equipped to lead effectively for greater Kingdom impact, building on the foundation laid in the monthly virtual Cafecitos. This ministry fits with SIM’s vision for intentional leadership development, as well as its core value of being a learning, growing, sharing community that is strengthened through diversity.

Prayers

1

2

Pray for a good venue accessible to all and affordable.

3

Pray for a good facilitator who could minister and encourage growth in leadership skills and abilities.
