Radio Ondas de Esperanza proclama el Evangelio por medio de una programación de radio cristiana.

La radio es el medio de mayor alcance para llegar a todos los estratos sociales, tiene la habilidad de generar conciencia en el mayor número de personas en el menor tiempo posible y llega a lugares donde no es posible penetrar. De esta forma queremos impactar con el Evangelio a lugares no alcanzados en la ciudad y provincia, a través de la radio, fomentando familias estables y funcionales.

Profesionales para producción de programas de radio: Personal indispensable y con conocimiento en áreas de locución, programadores, editores, libretistas.

Consejero: Con conocimiento y herramientas para ayudar a personas con problemas emocionales, conflictos familiares o espirituales.

Ingeniero en sistemas informáticos: Con conocimiento en sistemas operativos de windows y linux.
Ingeniero técnico: Con conocimiento en telecomunicación, necesarios para la instalación y mantenimientos de antenas, repetidoras y estudios de radio.
