Mobilization
We desire to see the Namibian church passionate and equipped for involvement in God's mission in Namibia and the world. Therefore, we do local church trainings regarding mission, lead short-term mission trips, and come alongside local churches to send out their own mission workers. Personnel needs include people passionate about mobilizing for mission to train local churches and people who can help organize and run short-term mission trips.

University Ministry
University is an influential and strategic time in a young person's life. Through our presence on campus, we desire to see students become lifelong followers of Christ and missional influencers on their campuses and in their communities. Personnel needs include lecturers (in various fields) who will be examples for their Christian faith on campus, campus "pastors" who will disciple students and organise campus ministries, or short-term interns looking for experience in campus ministry.

Children and Youth
In Namibia, approximately 60 per cent of the population is under the age of 25. There are also considerable generational and cultural barriers to reach young people with the gospel. Through partnering with the local church, we desire to see this generation of children and youth become lifelong followers of Christ. Personnel opportunities include teaching in schools (both short-term and long-term), community development projects to help with skill development, and training local church children and youth workers.

Training Christian Leaders
Our vision is to see Christian leaders in Namibia use their knowledge, skills, and character to make disciples of Christ and help them grow in maturity. To accomplish this, we partner with formal theological training institutions, take informal training out to the local churches, and organise conferences for pastors and Christian leaders. Personnel needs include Bible college lecturers, local church trainers, and event organisers. Come join us!
