Equipping Church Leaders

The Church in Loja is growing and needs mature leaders. For this reason we want to equip pastors and leaders of city and rural churches to be faithful to God's Word and the gospel in their ministry to others. We do this by offering courses and conferences, and also through a program called "Equipping Servants." We also provide literature through a bookshop and library.

Come and Serve

Church Leadership Development - Maturing church leaders and pastors.
Discipleship and Mentoring - Working with the local church to help believers grow in Christ.
Children's Ministry Coach - Training and developing leaders for children's ministry.

Prayers

1

Pray that local leaders will be firm in their faith and experience spiritual growth.

2

Pray for leaders to apply the gospel in their ministry so that the church may practice a grace-filled life.

3

Pray for the committee of "Equipping Servants," that they will take ownership of this training program.
