Who we are:

We are Steve and Jen Wiggers and we have three children, Ian, age 5, Ellie, age 2, and Maya, just born on November 11, 2012. We are both originally from Ohio, but now reside in West Chicago, IL. We served in Kenya previously for one year and are now excited to follow God's leading back to Kenya. Our goal is to arrive by the summer of 2013 if our support is pledged by that time.

What we do:

We are preparing to serve at Scott Theological College in Machakos, Kenya. Steve will be teaching classes in the area of Biblical Studies, mentoring students on a weekly basis, as well as supervising students in the various ministry contexts in which they will be involved. The goal of theological education at Scott is to integrate cognitive knowledge with character formation and ministry-based application. It is our vision to form leaders for the rapidly expanding African church who can bring the life transforming message of the gospel to bear upon the present day realities on the continent of Africa and beyond.
