If it weren't for the Personnel Coordinators of our receiving countries, our efforts in ministry would be badly hindered. This is the person who communicates with sending offices concerning recruitments, placements, preparation, and once the worker arrives, the Personnel Coordinator undertakes training and care.

This process involves correspondence, creating reports, and handling legal documents, etc. As the Personnel Coordinator of Ecuador, you would also be responsible to review and update personnel request forms (PRFs) and oversee the arrival, orientation, and mentoring of Associates.
