Babogaya guest house is Located at the edge of a crater lake at the foot of Mount Jerer 35 miles from Addis Ababa. It is stunningly beautiful, with colorful flowers, shady trees, and hundreds of different birds. People come for training, conferences, retreats, physical relaxation, and spiritual renewal while taking advantage of the swimming, hiking, boating, and fishing.

As the Babogaya Manager, you will provide pastoral care and spiritual formation as your primary responsibility, along with overall leadership, guidance, and direction to the Ethiopian guest house staff (including compound guards, laundry and cleaning personnel, and kitchen staff), meal planning, room reservations, and grounds keeping. You will also be responsible for all financial matters concerning the operation of the guest house.
