Has God gifted you in administration and leadership? Have you had experience in hospital administration? Those qualities are needed in missions! Here is a wonderful opportunity to have a major impact on thousands of lives through a vital hospital ministry.

In this capacity, you will enable leaders at the ECWA hospital in Egbe to revitalize the hospital. It is part of a holistic strategy to meet human needs, along with the evangelistic outreach of the hospital to meet spiritual needs. This mentoring ministry will also support other SIM consultant doctors and their families at Egbe. You will provide leadership and management training as opportunities arise for senior staff and consultant doctors, give guidance on improvement of services for the hospital and upgrading of facilities, and assist SIM doctors and other staff in matters affecting their work and life at Egbe.

You will be amazed at the effect of your ministry in the lives of so many for eternity.
