The Sports Friends Recruiting Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the continued growth and development of the Sports Friends ministry. The Recruiting Coordinator will work closely with SIM recruiters in all SIM Sending Offices to present the needs of Sports Friends and to provide needed support to SIM recruiters (Sports Friends communication pieces, answering questions of recruiters and potential recruits, coordinating interaction within Sports Friends field leaders, etc.).

In addition, the Recruiting Coordinator will work with various Sports Friends ministry partners, Board members, university partners, donors, and church partners to proactively generate leads and interest among potential recruits.
