Has God gifted you in church leadership skills? Are you strong in discipleship and leadership training? Perhaps God would move you to come to Zambia and help the church there.

As a church developer, you would be involved in working with the Evangelical Church in Zambia (ECZ) congregations in a remote and rural part of Zambia. The ECZ church in Lukulu is already established but needs assistance in the development of ministries and of leaders to take responsibility for these ministries. This would include training in evangelism, encouraging and leading discipleship groups, assisting with the preaching and general running of the congregation in Lukulu and other congregations in outlying areas, and assisting the local congregation in developing appropriate and relevant social ministries that demonstrate a holistic Christian life.
