Leadership training and development is key to the future of the church in Malawi. In this role, you will reach out both to the Chewa Muslims and the animistic Gule Wankulu (a group ignored by the church and thought too difficult to reach). You will mentor, teach, disciple and work alongside pastors, evangelists, and lay leaders of newly planted churches in predominantly Muslim and areas along the western lakeshore. Your emphasis will be to ground them in their faith through Bible studies and other formal and informal teaching methods.
