Are you interested in youth work? Do you relate to youth well? What about your administrative skills?

Sixty-eight percent of the population of Malawi is under the age of 25. Many are leaving the church because relevant youth ministries are not available to them. You are needed to work alongside the Africa Evangelical Church Youth Department in developing youth ministries within the church at the national level.

Your primary focus will be to train and develop youth leaders. Additionally, you will work on a program to help move the church to the next level in their thinking about youth ministry and increase the focus on discipleship and biblical understanding. You will explore new ways to reach the youth (i.e., sports, music, youth curriculum in the church, regular programs, retreats, camps, skills training, etc) and oversee SIM Associate youth workers.
