SIM Kenya partners with African Inland Church's (AIC) Kijabe Hospital where there is a wide open door for evangelism. The hospital trains African believers in the health sector who later go on to impact their churches and communities as Christian leaders for years to come.

In this role, you would provide quality women’s health care through teaching, mentoring, and learning with others in the health care team. You would operate at least two days a week (four sessions), performing elective and emergency obstetric and gynaecological surgery. You would also supervise the work of those in the obstetrics and gynaecology service and conduct informal work related teaching sessions with them, attend gynaecology consultation clinic at least one day per week, coordinate the weekly obstetrics and gynaecology educational session to include morbidity and mortality review/audit, case presentations, and journal club, and most importantly, in all this, be a witness of Jesus Christ to patients and families and a discipler of staff.
