This one year internship will provide young people who are considering a long term commitment to missions and those with a particular interest in mercy ministry an opportunity to study and work in an urban HIV/AIDS project. It will involve mentoring by career missionaries and working under the direction of an Ethiopian project staff member. This ministry will not include any involvement in medical work, such as hands-on nursing, but rather, home visits to people living with HIV, teaching and discipling youth, assisting with short-term medical teams, and some administrative work.
