BEST is an Interdenominational school established by the Association of Evangelicals of Africa (AEA) which trains men and women for ministry in the 17 sub-Saharan francophone countries, providing leaders for the French-speaking African church. It is a graduate school/seminary with six main departments: Old Testament, New Testament, Systematic Theology, Church History, Missiology, Practical Theology.

All professors need to have an earned doctorate in their area of specialization from a recognized institution. You would be teaching a full load of courses, counseling, directing theses, mentoring students, and carrying out some administrative duties.
