The Regional Relationship Manager(s) will mobilize individuals, foundations, businesses, and churches (IFBC) to participate in the financial support and prayer support of SIM projects, with a particular emphasis on Global Impact Fund projects. The Regional Relationship Manager will effectively plan, organize, and administer all activities and operations within his/her respective regions and participate in collaborative efforts with the entire Stewardship Department, in general, and the Major Donor Division, in particular.

The RRM will provide strategic regional direction, coordination, and leadership while overseeing the management and resource development in his/her region. This team is expected to contribute, execute, and implement the regional strategy as designed by the Major Donor Director, Advisory Council, and the Stewardship Director, maximize all functions and systems related to major donor activity, including IFBC's, both current and prospective.

The Regional Relationship Manager is expected to creatively explore possibilities for current and future partnerships.
