Calling all those who are interested in working alongside a large indigenous church in the areas of leadership and missions training. This country and church have passion but lack the maturity and experience that you can give as you walk alongside them. The focus is capacity building within this church while challenging them to see beyond their own church walls to their neighbors and even beyond their borders.

If you have experience training Christian leaders, are a theological or Bible school teacher, or have a particular passion for missions training or working in women's leadership development, please inquire further and we'll see if God could use you to assist these church leaders grow and mature and eventually see healthy reproducing churches with a focus to reach beyond even to other countries in missions.
