Do you have biblical, theological, or ministry training and desire to be used by God? You can be part of SIM's groundwork ministry in Madagascar partnering with the Baptist mission in their seminary.

Training and mobilizing the Church to reach out beyond themselves is a high strategic priority. Through the Baptist Seminary (FFBBM) you will help to train, equip, and mobilize churches, para-ecclesiastic organizations, and pastors to evangelize and plant churches among unreached and under-reached people groups. You will have to learn the Malagasy language as well have be fluent in French.
