SIM Bangladesh has approval for our overall Community Resources Development Project from the government of Bangladesh. Our new program of this ongoing project is the Kushtia Development Program (KDP) which provides assistance, training, and resource development in a variety of areas that will enable and encourage the further development of the Kushtia urban community. We would like to develop a computer training component in this overall program.

The people of Bangladesh are realizing the need for proficiency in the use of the computer as a way to relate to the developing world. More and more jobs in Bangladesh require some degree of computer knowledge. There are internet cafes in most every town in Bangladesh, and many middle class families now own a desktop computer, but there is very little knowledge about how to effectively use this great resource. You can help!
