Do you have a heart for people who are suffering? Would you like to have a hand in helping beat the growing menace of HIV/AIDS? HIV/AIDS is impacting all levels of society and family in all parts of the world.

SIM Malawi desires to impact the AIDS crisis through Home Based Care, Orphan Care, Prevention and Enabling the church to respond to the crisis (HOPE). The HOPE for AIDS program is growing. Regional coordinators are now needed to assist the country coordinator in management and program development.

As a regional coordinator, you will be responsible for supervising, working with, and building the capacity of a Malawian regional coordinator. You will accomplish this as you work side by side with him organising and implementing prevention training courses, procuring and delivering monthly supplies, meeting with volunteers, monitoring finances, collecting and reporting required statistics, working with the income generating activity specialist in the region, networking with potential local partners, supporting the HOPE for AIDS country coordinator in proposal and report writing, advising congregations in the region who wish to start their own AIDS ministries, working with and supervising short-term Associates as required, and hosting visitors coming to see the projects in the region.
