Would you like to be part of this exciting opportunity? The Bangladesh Bible Correspondence School (BBCS) is a light among the minority Christian, Hindu, and Buddhist communities in this country. Opportunities exist for ministry to the majority community both through the school in some limited ways and then more generally in free time. As the Christian community in Bangladesh increasingly becomes aware of its responsibility in outreach to the majority, the significance of the school in encouraging and equipping Christians across the country is growing.

Most of the regular day-to-day running of the school can be carried out effectively by the local staff. You will direct all aspects of the work of the Bangladesh Bible Correspondence School (BBCS), including overseeing the school, advising the staff, and encouraging them in their work. You would be involved in teaching, training, and encouraging the staff, staff appraisal, checking accounts, donor relations, developing new curriculum, teaching at occasional workshops and seminars for correspondence school students, networking with other like-minded organisations, and editing the annual BBCS newsletter.
