One of the greatest spiritual impacts comes through teaching children about Jesus! It is a supreme privilege to be their mentor, role model, and teacher. Many of Malawi’s future leaders attend local private international schools. By working here, you have incredible opportunities to influence these future leaders to follow Him.

Both primary and secondary schools are available in Blantyre, Malawi, including St. Andrew's International Primary School, St. Andrew's International High School, and Phoenix International Primary School (see individual schools' websites for more information on each school).

Curriculum is based on the British national curriculum. Each year the schools place job advertisements in the Times Educational Supplement in the UK and on their website at www.jobs.tes.co.uk.

Candidates must go through the school's normal channels for application, interviewing, and acceptance. Interviews are held mid-March in the UK for the September start school year. Typical contracts are for two years, and benefits include salary, housing, and a flight at the beginning and end of the contract (benefits are dependent upon experience and qualifications).
