If you have a good understanding of missionary related personnel issues and demonstrate empathy, understanding, practical personnel skills, and a knowledge of your own gifts and abilities, have good networking skills and can support/train member care specialists, your "missionary leadership I.Q." is very high!

The Regional Office of Southern Africa (ROSA) requires such a Personnel Director to serve the fields, primarily the member care specialists in each ROSA field. If God is leading you into this position, you need to have had relevant extended practical experience/expertise and demonstrated a competent administrative ability. A knowledge of southern Africa would also be an advantage, but it is not essential.
