About a third of the Mongolian population is under the age of 13, which means that huge parts of the unreached population in this country are children. Our team is looking for dedicated workers to come and focus their work on this lost generation who have the potential to become the Mongolian church of tomorrow. By focusing your ministry on the youth of Mongolia, either as a children's Bible club teacher or a youth worker, you will have a huge opportunity to build the young and growing church.

An integral part of SIM Mongolia's strategy is to be involved in discipleship ministry where people can come alongside the local church to model Christian life and ministry and train the next generation of the church to reach out to their communities. So not only will you be sharing your faith and values with the unreached, you will also be able to help train the Mongolian church's leaders of tomorrow and see the work multiply.
