If you enjoy children, you can have an important ministry in Northern Ghana. An educational assistant will allow a missionary family more time for their ministries through relieving parents of the responsibility of home schooling. You do not need any specialised training for this role, but previous experience teaching Sunday school or working in children's programs would be helpful.
