In this role, you will enable the residents of the SIM Retirement Village in Sebring, Florida, to enjoy good health and a normal standard of activities for daily living. You will provide nursing assistance within the scope of the Village health care program. That includes assisting with clinic activities and administration of medicine, giving first aid treatment, evaluating follow-up with doctor visits, advising and educating regarding health needs, and liaising and advocating for residents within local health care facilities (nursing home, etc). Also in this role, you will get to know some amazing pillars of the faith!
