Are you intersted in developing Christian radio and would like to help a 50-year radio ministry find its place in 21st century Liberia? ELWA Radio can still be a major vehicle for encouraging believers and reaching those who do not yet know Jesus Christ, but there is a need to update its style to be relevant to the next generation.

You will need to evaluate current programming, generate and develop ideas for new programming with Liberian staff, train broadcasters and program managers, help organize fundraising activities and programs, contact international media outlets regarding international broadcasts, conduct listener surveys, and seek resources to update technical capacity of the radio and its staff. It's a challenging ministry, but its impact is beyond comprehension as the radio carries the Message behind closed doors!
