Your critical responsibility, in whatever professional capacity you serve at Luampa Hospital, is to offer eternal life to those you come in contact with; then to equip Zambian leadership and staff to run this church ministry. Your job is to provide general medical and very limited surgical care (e.g. c-sections) for hospitalized inpatients and outpatients.

In order to prepare the hospital for future sustainability, the medical and surgical care must be kept to a level consistent with a Level 1 Zambian Hospital.
