Niger General Education project

After many months of waiting, Association Cornerstone, a Christian group of teachers formed to start Christian schools in Niger, has been granted official recognition by the government. They are now free to begin their first Christian school.

After the teacher-training workshops sponsored by the Niger General Education project, these teachers became passionate to help strengthen the educational system in their country. Now, following nearly one year of waiting, they have received the official permission they need to be able to move forward.

Pray

  • thanking God for this government recognition.
  • for God to help the Association to establish a school that will offer quality education from a Christian perspective.
  • that the Cornerstone school will be a blessing to the community.
  • for God to continue to use Christian teachers to show Christ's love in their classrooms.
