The sound of laughter filled the overflowing chapel at Evangel Hospital in Nigeria. Pastor Silas skillfully wove the message of Jesus Christ between jokes to the HIV-positive members of our "Spring of Life Club" support group.

Usually these monthly meetings are subdued, but this time the lesson described how the immune system is bolstered by good old fashioned uninhibited mirth! And it's backed up with both scientific facts and with Scriptures reminding us that God said laughter is good for us.

Pray for the Spring of Life support group as they continue to adjust to living with HIV/AIDS. Pray that they will find laughter in their daily lives.
