About 45% of the population of Nigeria is under the age of 15. Some of these are street kids and orphans have been thrown out of their homes, run away from abusive situations, or perhaps orphaned due to the HIV/AIDS epidemic. They have had traumatic and difficult backgrounds and are scattered across northern and central Nigeria. City Ministries of ECWA provides homes and education for some of them. Many of the orphans in the ministry care centers have come to know the Lord.

Farming is an important aspect of life in Nigeria. We need someone who can work alongside Nigerians, developing an agricultural program that can teach the care center children basic agricultural skills while developing an agricultural project which will help sustain the ministry. By being involved in this ministry, you help us reach our strategic objectives of reaching the lost, discipling the youth, and caring for the poor and needy.
