Severe storm hits Navrongo, Ghana
30 April 2012

Please pray with us for communities in the city of Navrongo, Ghana. A severe rain storm hit on Friday night, April 27, damaging homes, schools, trees and churches. At least three people lost their lives and many others are receiving treatment in the hospital. Electricity is cut off. Part of the roof was blown off from All Souls Church and some church members lost their houses.

Stephen Aputara, President of the Bible Church of Africa, requests prayers as most of the survivors need counseling and support. Mercy Aputara, Stephen's wife, was returning from prayer meeting on Friday night and rode her motorbike into the storm. We thank the Lord for protecting her.
